I think I've been stressed!

I haven't felt like writing on LJ since I came back off my holidays. I've struggled to comment on other peoples journals too - but I have enjoyed reading everyone's posts and stories.

Also I've not been sleeping well this week.

I've got a room booked at college tomorrow to film my assessment and  today I didn't feel that confident about the information I had gathered. Then about 4pm my sister kindly sent me some facts and figures from her job in the police force that were up to date last night! I'm pleased now.  I know the teachers would want deeper research than information just found easily on the internet.

This evening I've been out to the Bonfire and fireworks at the pub at the very top of the hill which started at 6pm then at the usual Friday ginger pub they had bungee jumping starting at 7pm so I watched that for half an our and then the place where I go to the choir is just across the road from the pub so I went singing from 7.30 - 9.30pm.

I'm so glad I went out singing tonight It's really de-stressed me! We've been learning  'Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow' and the 'Hallelujah Chorus'.  Handle wrote a lot of the same notes in the alto section at the beginning of the chorus! No matter, as I was getting tired by the end and it made it easier to learn the part!

Now I'm home I feel happy and calm. I may even sleep better tonight!
